Technology Walkthrough: Setting up Your Member Portal

Step 1: 

• Login to your Email Account

Step 2: 

• Find the Email Invitation

  • This Email will come from Ho-Nan-Ne-Ho-Ont Lodge, OA <no-reply-382@lodgemaster.oa-scouting.org> with the Subject Lodge Portal Invitation

    • • Remember to check your spam/junk folder

  • The Membership Portal invite will look Like Photo 1. 

  • Do not Delete this email until your account is 100% Setup. 

Step 3:

• Click the Claim Account Button. 

  • This will open a new tab/window and one of two things will happen:

    • If you are still Logged into your Arrow ID Account Move to Step 4

    • If you are Not Logged into your ArrowID Account Move to Step 5

Step 4:

• If you were still logged into your ArrowID Account, you should see a message that says, "Claiming Account Your account for Member Portal has been successfully claimed." (Photo 2)

  • Click Load Member Portal Button.

    • Congratulations you have Setup your Member Portal, and should be looking at your Member Portal Home Screen (Photo 3)

      • • We recommend adding https://portal.oa-scouting.org/ and/or https://members.oa-scouting.org to your bookmarks for easier access.

    • You will also have an email from Ho-Nan-Ne-Ho-Ont Lodge, OA <no-reply-382@lodgemaster.oa-scouting.org> with the subject Lodge Portal Account Claimed. (Photo 4)

Step 5: 

• If you were logged out you will be brought to the Arrow ID login page (Photo 5).

  • Enter your Email and Password and click the Login button to login to your ArrowID Account.

Step 6: 

• After clicking the Login button, you should have a page that says No Application Access (Photo 6)

• Click on the 'Have An Invite' button to add the application, this will give a popup on the screen to add your application (Photo 7)

Step 6: 

• Select or fill in the following: 

  • Under Application Select Member Portal

  • Under Council: Type "382" it should bring up Allegheny Highlands Council - Ho-Nan-Ne-Ho-Ont Lodge 

  • Under Code: Enter the Code from your Lodge Portal Invitation Email from Step 2

Step 7: 

• Click the Add Button

Step 8: 

• After Clicking the Add Button you will see a Screen showing your added member profile.

• Click the Arrow Next to your name to be taken to your member Profile.

• Congratulations you have Setup your Member Portal, and should be looking at your Member Portal Home Screen (Photo 8)

  • • We recommend adding https://portal.oa-scouting.org/ and/or https://members.oa-scouting.org to your bookmarks for easier access.

• You will also have an email from Ho-Nan-Ne-Ho-Ont Lodge, OA <no-reply-382@lodgemaster.oa-scouting.org> with the subject Lodge Portal Account Claimed. (Photo 9)
