The National Order of the Arrow uses two main systems for the coordination of Lodges and Events. These systems are OA LodgeMaster (Member Portal / OA Members App) and the National Order of the Arrow Event Registration System (NOAERS).
Every Candidate / Arrowman (13 or Older) should have an Arrow ID account for this reason.
Arrow ID is needed for:
Member Portal / OA LodgeMaster
OA Members Mobile App
NOAERS
This page provides links to guidelines and/or walkthroughs on how to setup an Arrow ID, receive and setup a Member Portal Account and how to register for events through NOAERS.
Ho-Nan-Ne-Ho-Ont Lodge also uses the Councils Registration System "Scouting Event (Black Pug Software LLC)" for Event Registration and Dues Payments - how to register for events and how to Pay Dues through Scouting Event can be found below.
Lastly for those 13 or Older our Lodge uses TeamReach, a Mobile App that allows Arrowmen to communicate through Groups. You can find more information below.
NOTE: Currently only available for Candidates and Members 13 and older.
What is ArrowID?
ArrowID is the Order of the Arrow’s single sign-on system. The goal of ArrowID is to provide you with one login and password for all OA online systems and services. Currently ArrowID is implemented in OA LodgeMaster, the National OA Event Registration System (NOAERS), and the OA National Committee Portal. Other systems will be integrated in the future.
How does ArrowID work?
Before you can work with any system that uses ArrowID, you must first create an ArrowID login. This only needs to be done once. That login is stored in the ArrowID system.
When you need to login from one of the OA systems that use ArrowID, you just click the login link or button on that system; it will send you to ArrowID where you log in, and then ArrowID will send you back to the system you came from – and you will be logged in.
To create an ArrowID Account visit - https://id.oa-scouting.org/
Please Note: When setting up an account please make sure the Lodge has the SAME Email Address on file.
If needed a walkthrough on how to create an ArrowID Account can be found here.
NOTE: Currently only available for Candidates and Members 13 and older.
