Unit Election Request Portal Walkthrough

After receiving the Election Scheduling Request (and the Election Scheduling Reminder) email(s) you will find a Special Link attached click that special link and it will bring up a custom page for your unit that looks like this:

NOTE: The Special Link is Only Good For 14 Days if you Need an "Updated Link" you can wait for the next Election Scheduling Reminder or Email us at unitelections@ahcoa165.org and a member of the team will get it resent.

Once on the page shown above click the Request An Election / Unit Visit Button and it will take you to the Page Shown below 

Please Fill in All Required Fields and Click the Submit Request Button, Once Submitted the box like the one shown below will pop up: 

Once we receive your request we will check with our elections teams and set a date. Please be on the lookout for emails from the Lodge. 

If your Unit already submitted a request you will see this screen (See Below)
