Access to the Member Portal is currently only available for Candidates and Lodge Members 13 and older.

Step 1:
Head to https://members.oa-scouting.org once there you should see the ArrowID Login Screen (Photo 1)
Step 2:
Enter Your Email and Password and Click Login

Note:
After clicking the Login Button some members may be directed to an Application Screen upon their login if they have more than one Application: LodgeMaster, Member Portal, etc. (Photo 2) if this is the case click on the Arrow Next to Your Member Portal.

Step 3:
Once Logged you will be greeted with a Welcome Screen (Photo 3)
Note - The Welcome Screen will look a little different for Ordeal Candidates, Ordeal/New Members, and Brotherhood Candidates, and Arrowmen.
Click on Update your Profile

Step 4:
After clicking the Update your Profile Button, depending on screen size you may need to scroll down to the Lodge Member Information Area
Note the Following Fields cannot be edited by the member:
Name, Scouting Member ID, Gender, Date of Birth, Ethnicity, Chapter, Unit, Dues Paid Through, Membership Level, Ordeal Date, Brotherhood Date, Vigil Induction Date, Vigil Name (Indian), and Vigil Name (English)
If any Lodge Information (above) is incorrect, please click on the Contact The Lodge Tab and under send to select "Lodge Membership / Technical Support" and Under Subject Put "OALM Lodge Information is incorrect and a member of the team will look into it for you.
Note the Following Fields can be edited by the member:
Email Address, Phone Numbers, and Mailing Addresses can be edited by the member you can also set Primary for each and also Unsubscribe if you wish.
