Unit Election Add Eligible Youth Walkthrough
After receiving the Election Preparation Message Email, you will find a Special Link attached click that special link and it will bring up a custom page for your unit that looks like this:
NOTE: The Special Link is Only Good For 14 Days if you Need an "Updated Link" you can Email us at unitelections@ahcoa165.org and a member of the team will get it resent.
Once on the page shown above click the Add Eligible Youth and it will take you to the Page Shown below
Once on the page shown above click the Add An Eligible Youth and it bring up a New Section Called Add a Youth Shown below.
Fill in ALL the Fields Requested from the Lodge.
Once ALL the Fields Requested from the Lodge are filled in Click the Add Youth Button,
and you will be taken back to the Pending Eligible Youth Section - PLEASE NOTE Youth have NOT been Saved (Shown Below)
Note- You will have to repeat the above steps for every Eligible Youth Member in your Unit.
If you Need to add more Eligible Youth, Click the Add An Eligible Youth Button. If All Eligible Youth have been Added, you can Click the Submit to Lodge Button.
Note - If you Need to Edit a Member, Click the Edit Button next to their name on the Pending Eligible Youth Page, you will be taken to the Modify A Youth Section (See Below)
Edits can only be made if they have not been saved and sent to the Lodge
Once ALL edits have been made click the Modify Youth Button, to be taken back to the Pending Eligible Youth Page.
Click the Submit to Lodge Button, only when everything is correct.
After Clicking the Submit to Lodge Button a Box will pop up verifying, you're ready to submit your Eligible Youth; Click YES
After Clicking Yes, An Eligible Youth Submitted Box will pop up your Eligible Youth have been submitted.
Clicking okay will take you back to the main page and show the names of your submitted Eligible Youth.
