Step 1:

• Check Email for an email(s) from no-reply-382@lodgemaster.oa-scouting.org in regards to Order of the Arrow Election Scheduling Request or Election Scheduling Reminder.

  • • • Check your spam and junk folders

      • Open the Email and read through it to find the "To schedule an Order of the Arrow election for your unit, please click here: Schedule Election"

      • Click Scheule Election after the whole email has been read

Step 2:

• After Clicking Schedule Election, it will open a new window (Photo 2) that brings you to your units request portal here you will see the timeframe we are running elections/visits and a button to request an election / unit visit.

• Click on the Request An Election / Unit Visit button

Step 3:

• After Clicking the Request An Election / Unit Visit button, it will open to a new page to enter your request information (Photo 3) 

• Please Fill in All Required Fields on the form and for a few fields we do ask for more information:

  • • When entering meeting location please include full "Mailing Address" so members can look it up on GPS if needed. 

    •  Under Special Notes: Please fill in the following how many scouts are in the unit - this is important, so the team has enough ballots.

• Note: If requesting just an OA visit uncheck the unit election box. 

Step 4:

Once All Information has been added Click the Submit Request Button. 

Once Submitted the box like the one shown below will pop up Photo 4

Step 5:

Wait to hear from our Visitation Team -

Once we receive your request we will check with our Visitation / Elections teams and set a date (If for some reason the dates you selected will not work a member of the team will reach out). 

Please be on the lookout for emails from the Lodge sent from no-reply-382@lodgemaster.oa-scouting.org and/or unitelections@ahcoa165.org on what to do next.
