Step 1:

• Check Email for an email(s) from no-reply-382@lodgemaster.oa-scouting.org in regards to Order of the Arrow Election Preparation Message or Reminder.

  • • • Check your spam and junk folders

      • Open the Email and read through it to find the "For your convenience, an Excel template is attached to this email that can be filled out and emailed back to us, or you can submit the information online: Submit Eligible Youth"

      • Click Submit Eligible Youth after the whole email has been read.

Step 2:

• After Clicking Submit Eligible Youth, it will open a new window (Photo 2) that brings you to your units portal here you will see the date and time of your units election and if any scouts have been submitted yet. 

• Click on the Add Eligible Youth button 

Step 3:

• After Clicking the Add Eligible Youth button, it will open to a new page with a reminder of the membership requirements (Photo 3) and at the bottom you will see Pending Eligible Youth - Not Saved and two Buttons one to Add An Eligible Youth and another to Submit to Lodge. 

• Click on the Add An Eligible Youth Button 

Step 4:

• After Clicking the Add An Eligible Youth button, it will open to a new page where you will fill in all the required fields.

  • Note: The Lodge Requires The Following Information as well as all the other required fields:

    • • First Name

      • Middle Initial (Only)

      • Last Name

      • Date of Birth

      • Scouting ID Number

      • Rank

      • Mailing Address / if using a PO Box place in Street 2 please

      • Emails for Both the Scout and Parent or guardian

      • Phone Numbers - where applicable 

• Once ALL the Fields Requested from the Lodge are filled in click the Add Youth button

• You will be taken back to the Pending Eligible Youth Section - PLEASE NOTE Youth have NOT been Saved (Photo 5)

Notes:

• You will have to repeat Step 4 for every Eligible Youth Member in your Unit Once Complete move onto Step 5.

• If you Need to Edit a Member, Click the Edit Button next to their name on the Pending Eligible Youth Page, you will be taken to the Modify A Youth Section (Step 4.1)

• • • Edits can only be made if they have not been saved and sent to the Lodge

Step 4.1:

• After Clicking the Edit button, it will open to a new page where you will be able to modify the fields again.

• After the Modification has been made Click on the Modify Youth Button.

• As a Reminder - Edits can only be made if they have not been saved and sent to the Lodge

Step 5:

• Once All Eligible Scouts have been added and data is correct you can click the Submit to Lodge Button. (Photo 7)

Step 6:

After Clicking the Submit to Lodge Button a Box will pop up verifying, you're ready to submit your Eligible Youth; Click YES (Photo 8)

• After Clicking Yes, An Eligible Youth Submitted Box will pop up your Eligible Youth have been submitted.  (Photo 9)

• Clicking okay will take you back to the main page and show the names of your submitted Eligible Youth.  (Photo 10)
