Step 1:

• Check Email for an email(s) from no-reply-382@lodgemaster.oa-scouting.org in regard to Order of the Arrow Election Recap Message.

  • • • Check your spam and junk folders

      • Open the Email and read through it to find the "To nominate an adult to membership in the Order of the Arrow, please click here: Nominate An Adult"

      • Click Nominate An Adult after the whole email has been read.

Step 2:

• After Clicking Submit Eligible Youth, it will open a new window (Photo 2) that brings you to your unit's portal here you will see a message stating your unit had its election and you can submit Adult Nominations to the Lodge (Number is based on Number of Elected Scouts)

• Click on the Submit An Adult Nomination 

Step 3:

• After Clicking the Submit An Adult Nomination button, it will open to a new page with a reminder of how Adult Nominations work  and fields to enter the adults Nomination.(Photo 3)

• Note: The Lodge Requires The Following Information as well as all the other required fields:

  • • First Name

    • Middle Initial (Only)

    • Last Name

    • Date of Birth

    • Scouting ID Number

    • Rank

    • Mailing Address / if using a PO Box place in Street 2 please

    • Emails for Both the Scout and Parent or guardian

    • Phone Numbers - where applicable
      
      

• Once Everything is Filled in Look it over to make sure everything is Correct as you will NOT be able to edit it once you Click the Submit Nomination Button, as it is Directly Sent to the Lodge.

Step 4:

• Once everything is Correct click the submit Nomination Button

Step 5:

• After Clicking the submit Nomination Button a message will pop up Clicking the Ok button will bring you back to The Main Page (Photo 5)

• If you have more than one Nomination, you can Click the Submit An Adult Nomination button and follow the steps above again.
