• 6:00 to 6:30 PM: Check-in (Dawson Training Center Front Porch)

• 6:30 PM: Report to the Parade Field for a gathering

• 6:30 to 6:45 PM: Ordeal Candidates meet their Elangomats and fellow Arrowmen

• 6:45 to 8:00 PM: Ordeal Candidates and Elangomats put their night packs together 

  • • • • Ceremony Team heads out to setup Ceremony Site

• 8:00 to 8:30 PM: Meditation (Ordeal and Brotherhood Candidates) & Current Arrowmen/Elangomat Meeting

  • • • • Ordeal Candidates - Spirit of the Arrow Book 1 and 2

        • Brotherhood - Spirit of the Arrow Book 6 and 7

          • • At 8:15 PM Current Arrowmen Hike out to Ceremony Site

• 8:30 to 8:45 PM: Ordeal Candidates, Elangomats, their guides Hike to Pre-Ordeal Ceremony Site

• 8:45 to 9:30 PM: Pre-Ordeal Ceremony

• 9:30 to 10:00 PM: Ordeal Candidates, Elangomats, and their guides Hike to Sleeping Area

  • • • • Ceremony Team/Arrowmen cleanup site then hike back to main camp

• 10:00 to 10:30 PM: Ordeal Candidates and Elangomats set up their sleeping areas (After Setup, lights out)

  • • • • Guides hike back to main camp

• 10:00 to 11:00 PM: Arrowmen Meeting

• 11:00 PM: Lights Out

Saturday:

• 6:30 AM: Ordeal Candidates and Elangomats Awake

• 6:30 to 6:45 AM: Ordeal Candidates and Elangomats Pack up Sleeping Area

• 6:45 to 7:00 AM: Meditation - Ordeal Candidates (Spirit of the Arrow Book 3)

• 7:00 to 7:30 AM: Ordeal Candidates and Elangomats hike back to main camp, put overnight gear away

• 7:00 AM: All other Arrowmen Awake and Kitchen Staff Starts Breakfast

• 7:45 AM: Colors (Parade Field) – Only Color Guard needs to be in Class A

• 8:00 to 8:30 AM: Breakfast

• 8:30 to 9:00 AM: All Members get ready for Cheerful Service (If Not already)

• 9:00 AM: All Members will report to the Parade Field for work Details

• 9:15 to 11:30 AM: Cheerful Service

• 11:00 AM: Kitchen Staff (if out on Service Project) Reports Back to Start Lunch

• 11:30 AM to Noon: Clean Up for Lunch

• Noon to 12:30 PM: Lunch

• 12:30 PM: All Members will report to the Parade Field for work Details

• 12:30 to 3:30 PM: Cheerful Service / Kitchen Staff start working on dinner

• 2:30 to 3:30 PM: Brotherhood Review and Hike

• 3:30 to 4:00 PM: Fun and Games (If Work Projects Are Done)

• 4:00 to 4:45 PM: Clean-up and shower (Put on Class A)

• 4:45 PM: Colors (Parade Field)

• 5:00 to 6:00 PM: Dinner (Dining Hall)

• 6:00 to 6:30 PM: Clean Dining Hall / Talk / Fun/games

• 6:30 to 7:00 PM: Meditation Ordeal/Brotherhood Candidates (Read Spirit of the Arrow Book and Reflect)

  • • • • Ordeal Candidates - Spirit of the Arrow Book 4

        • Brotherhood - Spirit of the Arrow Book 8

          • • • Current Brotherhood and Vigil Honor Members head out to Ceremony Site

• 6:30 to 7:00 PM: Brotherhood Candidates and their Guide(s) Hike to Ceremony Site

• 7:00 to 8:00 PM: Brotherhood Ceremony

• 7:30 to 8:00 PM Ordeal Candidates/Elangomats, their Guide(s) (and any Ordeal Members not eligible for Brotherhood) Hike to Ceremony Site

• 8:00 to 9:00 PM: Ordeal Ceremony

• 9:00 to 9:45 PM: Everyone Cleans Ceremony Site then Hikes Back to main camp

• 9:45 to 10:00 PM: Meditation Ordeal Candidates (Read Spirit of the Arrow Book 5 and Reflect)

• 10:00 to 12:00 AM: New Member Orientation/LEC Meeting, then Cracker Barrel / Fun and Games / Movie

• 12:00 AM: Lights Out

Sunday:

• 7:00 AM: All Arrowmen Awake - pack-up/clean sleeping area, and prepare for Breakfast

• 8:00 AM: Breakfast (Dining Hall)

• 8:00 – 9:30 AM: Talk about any upcoming events / Clean up Camp / Close with Song of the Order

• 9:30 – 10:00 AM: Check-out from the Dawson Training Center Front Porch
